Job Description
Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for an Oracle EBS Procurement Functional Architect / SME – R12.2 Upgrade for their Newark, NJ/Remote location.
Responsibilities:
- Lead CRP, UAT, design workshops, and business-facing solution sessions.
- Provide functional leadership across Oracle Procurement Suite modules.
- Configure and support Oracle Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Purchasing, iSupplier, and SQM functionality.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technical development teams.
- Develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for customizations, integrations, reports, and enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Support Oracle EBS data conversion, integration, and migration activities.
- Identify and classify requirements as standard functionality, product limitations, or customization opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical teams, PMO, and stakeholders to resolve project issues and drive delivery milestones.
- Support project governance activities, action tracking, and decision management.

- Strong client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to independently lead business workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Experience supporting large-scale Oracle EBS upgrades or implementations.
- Proven ability to bridge functional and technical teams.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations or upgrade projects covering Procurement Suite modules.
- Experience leading Procurement Suite workstreams in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with BI Publisher reporting and procurement-related integrations.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS deployment and migration processes.
