Oracle EBS SCM Consultant (Expertise in OM and Pricing)

Position: Oracle EBS SCM Consultant (Expertise in OM and Pricing)

Location: Cleveland, OH 44115

Rate: $50-55/hr

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Shipping Execution (WSH), and Advanced Pricing. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain Management solutions, ensuring seamless integration across Order-to-Cash and fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure and support Oracle EBS modules including:

o Order Management (OM)

o Inventory (INV)

o Shipping Execution (WSH)

o Advanced Pricing

• Design and implement end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Configure pricing setups including modifiers, qualifiers, discounts, promotions, freight charges, and pricing rules.
• Manage inventory organizations, sub-inventories, locators, item attributes, and inventory transactions.
• Configure order workflows, pick release, shipping, delivery, and fulfillment processes.
• Support customer, item, pricing, and inventory master data setups.
• Work with business users to conduct CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions.
• Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, and training materials.
• Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
• Provide production support and resolve functional issues.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.
• Expertise in:

o Oracle Order Management (OM)

o Oracle Inventory (INV)

o Oracle Shipping Execution (WSH)

o Oracle Advanced Pricing

• Strong understanding of:

o Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes

o Inventory management and fulfillment

o Shipping and logistics processes

o Pricing strategies, modifiers, and discounting mechanisms

o Return Material Authorization (RMA)

o Drop Ship and Back-to-Back Order processes

• Experience with cross-functional integrations involving:

o Accounts Receivable (AR)

o Purchasing (PO)

o Warehouse Management (WMS)

o Inventory and Shipping modules

• Ability to conduct business workshops and lead solution discussions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle EBS SCM Certification.
• Experience supporting large-scale Oracle EBS implementations.
• Knowledge of integration with Oracle Finance modules and other boundary systems
• Experience in at least 3 to 4 full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementation projects.
• Exposure to manufacturing and distribution industry processes
• Knowledge and understanding on EBS Technical like writing SQL queries and creating mapping etc.
