Description
Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Oracle EBS Technical Architect for their Baltimore, MD/Remote location.
Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complex Oracle EBS Financials solutions across enterprise environments.
Serve as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Design, develop, and support Oracle EBS customizations using OAF, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Workflow.
Develop and maintain XML Publisher and BI Publisher reports to support business operations and reporting requirements.
Architect and implement inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle EBS and upstream/downstream enterprise systems.
Lead data conversion and migration activities, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and successful deployment outcomes.
Drive end-to-end solution design across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and other integrated business functions.
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes and technology solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams while promoting best practices and architectural standards.
Manage technical risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive resolution of production and implementation challenges.
Support Agile and DevOps delivery models to improve solution quality, deployment efficiency, and operational excellence.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation across Oracle EBS environments.
Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Architect with 14-16 years of experience leading complex Oracle E-Business Suite implementations and support initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle EBS Financials, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), PL/SQL development, BI Publisher reporting, interfaces, and data conversions.
This role requires strong technical leadership, the ability to bridge business and IT teams, and experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions within complex, regulated environments.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while driving technical excellence across Oracle EBS programs.
14-16 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle EBS solutions.
Extensive experience with Oracle EBS Financials modules and related business processes.
Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
Advanced PL/SQL development experience, including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and performance optimization.
Experience developing reports using XML Publisher and BI Publisher.
Proven expertise in Oracle Forms and Workflow customizations.
Strong experience designing and implementing interfaces, integrations, and data conversion solutions.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale Oracle EBS implementations and enhancement projects.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and IT delivery best practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working effectively within remote and globally distributed teams.
