Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Advanced Collections (IEX) and Accounts Receivable (AR). This role requires a hands-on technical professional who can lead Oracle EBS development activities, build integrations, support customizations, and manage security while working closely with functional and business teams.
A key requirement for this position is hands-on experience with Oracle Advanced Collections Telephony/CTI setup and integration, including collector calling capabilities and telephony-related configurations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical design, development, and support for Oracle E-Business Suite applications.
Provide technical leadership for Oracle Advanced Collections (IEX) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle EBS and internal/external applications.
Develop and maintain RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows).
Support Oracle EBS customizations, enhancements, and production support activities.
Manage Oracle EBS security, responsibilities, menus, roles, and user access.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize system performance.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Review technical designs and ensure adherence to Oracle development best practices.
Support Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, and system maintenance activities.
Lead Oracle Advanced Collections Telephony/CTI integration initiatives, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Implement and support click-to-dial functionality, call logging, collector workbench integration, and other CTI-related capabilities.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical.
Extensive experience with Oracle Advanced Collections (IEX).
Strong knowledge of Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR).
Experience developing Oracle RICEW components.
Strong PL/SQL programming skills.
Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, and Oracle Workflow.
Experience designing and supporting Oracle EBS integrations.
Strong understanding of Oracle EBS security, responsibilities, and access management.
Hands-on experience supporting Oracle EBS production environments and performance tuning.
Mandatory experience with Oracle Advanced Collections Telephony/CTI setup and integration.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with enterprise Oracle Financials implementations.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
