Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant to support the Sourcing and Supplier Qualification workstream. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS 12.2.15 and the ability to work effectively across both functional and technical areas.

The consultant will work directly with business stakeholders and project teams to understand business requirements, evaluate solution options, and deliver practical solutions aligned with business objectives. This role will serve as a bridge between functional business needs and technical implementation, with a strong focus on Oracle EBS Sourcing, Contract, and Supplier Qualification processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and analyze business and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution options.
• Support Oracle EBS processes related to Sourcing and Supplier Qualification.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend appropriate Oracle EBS solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate mapping of requirements to system design.
• Prepare and review functional specifications, solution documents, and process flows.
• Support testing, issue resolution, and user validation activities.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure timely progress and resolution of open items.
• Provide proactive recommendations to improve process efficiency and solution quality.
• Support implementation, enhancement, and production support activities within Oracle EBS.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and transformation using SQL and PL/SQL.
• Support data migration from legacy ERP systems to Oracle Cloud, including reconciliation and post-load validation.
• Utilize reporting, analytics, and integration tools such as OTBI, FRS, Smart View, and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or similar ETL tools.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS 12.2.15.
• 5+ years of experience with Contract, Sourcing, and Supplier Qualification processes.
• 7+ years of experience with SQL and PL/SQL for data validation, reconciliation, and transformation.
• 5+ years of experience with data migration from legacy ERP systems to Oracle Cloud, including reconciliation strategy and post-load validation.
• 5+ years of experience with OTBI, FRS, Smart View, and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or similar ETL tools.
• Strong experience working in a techno-functional capacity.
• Experience working directly with business users and delivery teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to evaluate business requirements and provide practical solutions.
• Experience supporting Oracle EBS implementation, enhancement, or support engagements.
