Oracle EPBCS SME

Location: Remote(travel on need basis)

Enterprise Planning and Budgeting (EPB) Cloud SME Role Requirements:

• Solution Design: Lead the architectural design of Oracle EPM Planning (EPBCS/PBCS) applications, models, and forms.
• Implementation: Manage full-lifecycle implementations, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Data Integration: Set up data integration workflows using Data Management & EPM Automate to connect ERPs and source systems.
• Business Rules & Calculations: Build and optimize complex business rules, calculation scripts
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with finance and business leaders to translate financial processes into technical solutions.
• Optimization: Troubleshoot system performance, manage security configurations, and oversee patch updates.
• Technical Skills: Deep expertise in EPBCS architecture, metadata management, Smart View, and financial reporting.
• Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Communication: Excellent leadership and client-facing skills to guide technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven experience in Life Science industry deploying and maintaining applications within strictly regulated environment, complying with data logging and internal audit protocols.
