Job Description
What You ll Tackle
- Administer and maintain Oracle FCCS applications and related reporting environments
- Support financial close, consolidation, and reconciliation activities across global entities
- Manage metadata structures, security administration, and data integrations
- Execute data integrity validations and investigate reporting variances
- Lead enhancement initiatives, regression testing, and application change management activities
- Partner with accounting, finance, IT, and audit teams to support governance and compliance requirements
- Support parallel close activities and enterprise reporting initiatives
- Build and maintain SmartView reports, reporting books, and ad hoc analysis tools
- Contribute to long-term system optimization and roadmap planning
What You Bring
- 10+ years of professional experience in finance systems, accounting systems, or EPM administration
- Strong hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud and FCCS administration experience
- Deep understanding of financial consolidation and close processes
- Experience with intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, and legal entity reporting
- Strong knowledge of metadata management, integrations, and governance controls
- Experience supporting SOX compliance and audit processes
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system and data issues
- Strong Excel and scripting capabilities
- Experience leading enhancement efforts, testing cycles, and business requirements gathering
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with equity accounting and non-controlling interest reporting
- Exposure to cash flow and constant currency adjustments
- SmartView reporting and reporting book experience
- Vendor management or consulting coordination experience
- Background supporting large-scale transformation initiatives
- Experience leading distributed or virtual teams
