We have an immediate opening for an experienced Oracle EPM / TM1 Application Development/Support Analyst to support a global enterprise client.
Hybrid in New Jersey but will consider a remote
10+ years in Oracle EPM Application Development/Support. One end-to-end Implementation experience in PCM and/or FCC and/or ARCS Applications.
5+ years in IBM TM1 Planning Analytics application development with Installation and
Configure experience in a distributed environemnt.
Perform end-to-end installation and configuration of TM1 on-prem environments.
Setup TM1 Server, Architect, PAX, and Planning Analytics Workspace.
Design end-to-end Enterprise Performance Management solutions across IBM TM1 and Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
Define system architecture, environment strategy, security framework, and integration patterns.
Lead technical design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions. Provide governance and best practices for Orcle EPM implementations.
Configure security model (groups, roles, CAM security).Design and manage multi-tier environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
qualifications:
IBM Planning Analytics
Develop TM1 cubes, dimensions, rules, feeders, and Turbo Integrator (TI) processes. Implement security, workflows, and data integrations.
Performance tuning (Memory, Threads, Feeders, Logging optimization).
Update/Change Configuration - Service Accouts, tm1s.cfg, CAM, Load balancing, DR and memory.
Troubleshooting startup, locking, and transaction log issues.
ODBC, SSL Certs, Feeder Optimization, rule factoring, cube optimization techniques, Server monitoring, Basic networking & firewall configuration.
PAW Installations / backups.
Oracle EDM - Metadata management, hierarchies, validation rules, subscriptions.
Design EDM application structures and viewpoints
Create and optimize hierarchies, node types, and relationships
Create custom properties and property rules
Develop advanced validations (hierarchy, property, cross-viewpoint)
Design approval workflows and request policies
Develop REST API automations and batch jobs
Build inbound/outbound integrations with EPM, ERP, and data hubs
Configure viewpoint subscriptions and sync rules
Implement enhancement requests and new business requirements
Oracle ARCS -
Design ARCS profiles and reconciliation formats
Build balance sheet, variance, and transaction matching reconciliations
Configure account profiles, attributes, and risk ratings
Develop transaction matching rules and auto-match logic
Design inbound data loads from ERP/EPM systems
Configure On-prem ARCS agent connections, jobs, and scheduling
Configure certification workflows and approval hierarchies
Design and automate task lists
Build REST API-based automation and job orchestration
Oracle FCCS - Consolidation rules, currency translation, intercompany eliminations.
Design FCCS application structure and dimensionality
Create and maintain entities, accounts, currencies, and custom dimensions
Develop and optimize consolidation and calculation rules
Configure translation methods and FX logic
Configure IC eliminations, partner structures
Build ERP/EPM integrations using Data Integration or REST APIs
Design input forms and data grids
Develop Financial Reports and Smart View templates
Design and automate close task lists
Develop rule automation and close orchestration
Implement new statutory or management reporting requirements
Oracle PCM - Allocation rules, driver-based costing models.
Design PCMCS application structure
Create and maintain dimensions (Cost Center, Product, Channel, etc.)
Design Standard and Custom Profitability models
Develop allocation, driver-based, and staged rules
Define and implement business drivers
Build inbound integrations from ERP and data sources
Design input and driver maintenance forms
Develop rule execution automation and scheduling
Implement new profitability scenarios
Oracle FreeForm - Custom cube development and hybrid planning.
Design FreeForm dimensional structure
Create and manage sparse/dense dimensions
Develop calculation, aggregation, and allocation rules/Groovy scripts
Build inbound integrations from ERP or other systems
Design data entry and reporting forms
Build Smart View ad-hoc and report templates
Implement new planning, reporting, or analysis features
Oracle NR - Report package design, doclets, integration with freeform/FCC/Fusion/PBCS.
1 - Design Narrative Reporting folder structures
2 - Design/Develop reports & packages
3 - Configure connections to FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, Planning
4 - Build Smart View-based doclets and templates
5 - Implement the AI - Addins
6 - Implement layout, formatting, and content enhancements
Performance tuning and server optimization and data integrity issues.
Strong experience in Groovy scripting for advanced business rule customization.
Expertise in EPM Automate for migrations, data loads, and batch automation.
Experience in metadata/data integrations using REST APIs.
Proven experience in multi-application EPM transformations.
Enterprise and handson with Smartview & PAX excel add-ins.
Strong stakeholder management and solution presentation skills.
Perform unit, system, and regression testing,Migrate artifacts between environments of all EPM Applications.
Develope Technical design documents and deployment guides.
