Kforce has a client seeking a Remote Oracle ERP Data Conversion Lead to support a large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM implementation. This role is responsible for defining and executing data migration strategies, leading conversion activities, and ensuring accurate, complete, and validated data transitions from multiple legacy systems into Oracle Cloud. Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and lead the overall data conversion strategy, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
  • Develop and manage detailed conversion plans covering tasks, dependencies, and milestones
  • Lead execution of data migration activities in partnership with functional, technical, and conversion teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support unit testing, SIT, UAT, and post-go-live validation
  • Ensure error handling, logging, and troubleshooting processes are in place and effective
  • Drive performance optimization of conversion processes to support scalability and efficiency
  • Validate migrated data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with source systems
  • Create reconciliation and validation reports to support testing and audit requirements
  • Coordinate closely with project management and ERP stream leads
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience leading Oracle ERP data conversion efforts
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience using Oracle conversion/import tools such as FBDI, HDL, ADFDI, and Import Objects
  • Strong experience converting data related to customers, suppliers, AR/AP invoices, projects, contracts, workers, payroll, banks, and balances
  • Functional understanding of target Oracle modules including Financials, PPM, and HCM (Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management)
  • Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM and related interface and validation tables
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data-quality management skills
  • Strong technical and analytical aptitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to functional and technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Strong collaboration and leadership capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle certifications (preferred, not required)
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations within the staffing or service-based industry
  • Prior experience with large, complex, multi-system data migrations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
