Maini Consulting is seeking a results-driven and strategic ERP Sales Manager – Oracle Applications to lead sales growth within a defined territory. This client-facing role is critical to driving regional expansion of Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud and related Oracle SaaS solutions.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in enterprise application sales, deep knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud offerings, and the ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers. You will lead regional go-to-market strategies, build pipeline, and close transformational cloud deals while collaborating closely with our Solutions and Delivery teams..

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Own and execute the regional sales plan for Oracle ERP Cloud and related Oracle applications.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, market intelligence, and strategic partnerships.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with CFOs, CIOs, Controllers, and other finance and technology executives.
  • Understand client business needs and position Oracle Cloud solutions that drive measurable value.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to guide customers through their cloud transformation journey.
Collaboration & Enablement:
  • Partner with Solution Architects, Presales Consultants, and Delivery Leaders to align offerings with customer requirements.
  • Facilitate seamless hand-offs from sales to delivery, ensuring high customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Collaborate with Oracle account teams and ecosystem partners to co-sell and expand reach.
Presales Support & Opportunity Management:
  • Lead opportunity qualification, value positioning, and deal strategy for Oracle ERP Cloud pursuits.
  • Drive responses to RFPs/RFIs in collaboration with the Solutions team, ensuring clear articulation of business impact.
  • Conduct executive presentations, business case reviews, and ROI discussions.
Market Development & Brand Building:
  • Represent Maini Consulting at industry events, webinars, and client workshops.
  • Stay informed on Oracle product updates (e.g., Redwood UI, AI features, EPM, SCM) and market trends to remain competitive.
  • Develop territory-specific marketing campaigns in partnership with Marketing and Alliances teams.

Qualifications:

Experience:
  • 7+ years of successful enterprise software and/or software consulting sales experience, preferably in Oracle Applications or competing ERP platforms.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding quota in complex, solution-based sales cycles.
  • Experience selling into Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Payroll or Operations domains across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM & Cloud Knowledge:
  • Solid understanding of Oracle ERP, EPM, SCM or HCM Cloud modules and consulting Sales Experience (e.g., Financials, Procurement, PPM, Risk Management, SCM or HCM).
  • Ability to translate customer business processes into Oracle Cloud value propositions.
  • Familiarity with Oracle ecosystem, licensing models, and competitive landscape.
Leadership & Communication:
  • Executive presence and ability to engage with senior-level decision makers.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to lead virtual teams across presales, delivery, and marketing.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Preferred:
  • Oracle Cloud sales certifications or prior experience with Oracle partners.
  • Exposure to multi-pillar Oracle Cloud sales (e.g., ERP + EPM or SCM).
  • Knowledge of vertical-specific Oracle use cases (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, public sector).
