Must-Have- Technical Hands-on experience in Development, Support project with Onsite-Offshore model
- Expertise in Oracle Forms, PLSQL, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, Shell Script.
- Knowledge on Oracle Applications modules as stated above in Skill set.
- Adequate Technical ability to Debug issues on own.
- Experience in working with Clients, gathering requirements, and developing codes based on the requirement.
- Expertise in supporting Testing, Defects Analysis and Fixing in sync with product development and support.
- Non-Technical Strong troubleshooting and conceptual skills.
- Excellent Analytical and Debugging skills on problem Solving Is must.
- Should have excellent communication skills and customer facing skills.
Good-to-Have- Experience in Workflow, OAF development, deployment Implementation
- Responsibility of Expectations from the Role Working interactively with clients, gathering requirements, and delivering based on the requirement.
- Working in various areas in Oracle ERP, especially Oracle Forms.
- Working on enhancements, deployments, and support of RICE components
- Documentation related to the developed codes.
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensures client satisfaction.
- Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
