We are seeking an experienced Oracle Federal Financials Trainer (R12) to lead engaging, high-impact training initiatives that drive user adoption and system success. You will play a critical role in system implementation efforts by developing training materials, facilitating end-user sessions, and partnering across teams to ensure users are confident and prepared for go-live. Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Hands-on experience with Oracle Federal Financials R12 (R12.2 preferred)
Experience in training development and delivery, including curriculum design and facilitation
Familiarity with key functional areas:
Budget to Report (B2R)
Acquire to Retire (A2R)
Order to Fulfill (O2F)
Procure to Pay (P2P)
Projects
Strong public speaking and presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact

Salary: $130,000 - $149,000 (commensurate with experience)
