Join the Software Engineering team supporting a project for a company operating across communications, media, and automotive services. As the Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Integration Engineer, you will serve as the subject matter expert for OFSC, partnering with full stack engineers to modernize a field inspection application by designing scalable, secure, and reliable integrations between Oracle Field Service Cloud and enterprise platforms.

Requirements:

15+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC).
10+ years of Oracle Field Service Cloud integration experience using OFSC REST APIs.
Field service application experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of integrations between Oracle Field Service Cloud and enterprise applications.
Provide technical leadership on OFSC architecture, data models, API design, and platform best practices.
Design and develop OFSC plugins using the OFSC Plugin Framework and JavaScript SDK.
Define API contracts, payload structures, authentication patterns, and error-handling strategies for development teams.
Configure OFSC business rules, routing logic, capacity categories, and work zones to support business processes.
Produce technical documentation including integration specifications, architecture diagrams, and API documentation.
