Position Title:  Oracle Finance Techno-Functional Lead
Location: Cincinnati, OH. REMOTE
Duration: Long Term Contract
 
Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Techno-Functional Lead to lead the design, implementation, enhancement, integration, and support of Oracle EBS Financial applications. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective solution design, system optimization, compliance, and successful delivery of finance transformation initiatives.
 
Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 years of Oracle EBS Financials experience.
  • 5 years in a Techno-Functional Lead or Solution Architect role.
  • Multiple full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations.
  • Strong experience supporting global finance organizations.
  • Experience leading complex finance transformation initiatives.
Required Skills:
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Financial business processes.
  • Technical capabilities in Oracle development technologies, integrations, reporting, and data migration.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience collaborating with finance leadership, controllers, and business users to improve operational efficiency.
Role and responsibilities:
  • Lead Oracle EBS Financials implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support initiatives.
  • Conduct business process workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
  • Analyze current-state and future-state finance processes.
  • Provide functional leadership for finance transformation projects.
  • Design scalable and maintainable Oracle EBS Financial solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle best-practice solutions.
  • Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and configuration documents
