Oracle Forms/Report Architect

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure Oracle Forms and Reports applications and systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Guide and influence technical decisions and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders, to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project deliveryConduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve application performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that may arise during development or in production environments.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in Oracle development and architecture.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design documents, and system specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Forms/Reports development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex systems.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and related technologies.
• Experience with Oracle Database and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
