Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Benefits Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Benefits configuration, data migration, reporting, and extracts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full Benefits lifecycle and solid technical capabilities within Oracle HCM.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and manage Benefits programs, plan types, plans, options, and standard rates
- Design and implement eligibility profiles using derived factors
- Configure life events and manage enrollment processes
- Support Open Enrollment and Self-Service Benefits functionality
- Manage participant enrollments, certifications, and Benefits processing activities
- Develop and maintain HCM Extracts and Benefits Extracts for third-party integrations
- Perform data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL)
- Create and maintain reports using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI
Technical Skills Required:- 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM with strong focus on Benefits module
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Benefits configuration
- Strong expertise in HCM Extracts
- Solid Experience with Oracle Fast Formula for custom/Business logic
- Strong experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) for data migration
- Strong reporting experience using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reporting
- Experience with eText, XML, XSL, and RTF templates
- Knowledge of application security and role-based access control
Required Experience:- Proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits module
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Benefits lifecycle (Plan Design, Eligibility, Enrollment, Processing)
Preferred / Nice to Have:- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Soft Skills:- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
