Akkodis is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM Program Manager for a Contract with a client in Pleasanton, CA (Remote). The ideal candidate will lead by managing implementation activities, stakeholder alignment, and end-to-end project execution to ensure successful business outcomes.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM Program Manager Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM program delivery, ensuring successful execution across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

• Drive end-to-end PLM implementation activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, cutover, hypercare, and support transition.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, Oracle partners, integration, data migration, and change management workstreams.

• Manage program governance through status reporting, risk and issue management (RAID), executive communications, and decision tracking.

• Oversee solution design and integration activities for Product Development, Product Hub, Change Management, and lifecycle management processes.

• Support user adoption, training, business readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize the value of Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

• 10+ years of program/project management experience, including Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM implementations.

• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM, including Product Development, Product Hub, Change Management, Lifecycle Management, and PLM for Process capabilities.

• Proven experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs, managing end-to-end implementation lifecycles, stakeholder communications, governance, risk management, and enterprise system integrations.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
