Job Duties:
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and analyze requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical solution options
• Support Oracle EBS processes related to Sourcing and Supplier Qualification
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate mapping of requirements to system design
• Prepare and review functional specifications, solution documents, and process flows
• Support testing, issue resolution, and user validation activities
• Work closely with project teams to ensure timely progress and resolution of open items
• Provide proactive recommendations to improve process efficiency and solution quality

We are seeking a highly capable Oracle EBS 12.2.15 Techno-Functional Consultant to support our Sourcing and Supplier Qualification workstream. This role requires a professional who can work directly with business stakeholders and project teams to understand requirements, evaluate solution options, and deliver practical outcomes aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will serve as a solution partner, bridging the gap between functional business needs and technical implementation. This person should be able to analyze requirements, identify the right Oracle EBS approach, and coordinate with both functional and technical teams to drive efficient delivery. Our client is seeking a resource who can contribute as a true solution provider, not just as a functional or technical support person. The candidate should bring both business understanding and system knowledge to help shape effective, practical, and timely solutions
Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS 12.2.15 (7 Years)
• Solid understanding of Contract, Sourcing, and Supplier Qualification processes (5 Years)
• SQL and PL/SQL proficiency for data validation, reconciliation, and transformation (7 Years)
• Experience with data migration from legacy ERP to Oracle Cloud, including reconciliation strategy and post-load validation (5 Years)
• Proficiency in tools such as OTBI, FRS, Smart View, and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or similar ETL tools (5 Years)
• Ability to provide solutions rather than just execute tasks (7 Years)
