Kforce is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Analyst with extensive experience supporting core financial functions and strong working knowledge of integrated supply chain and procurement processes. This role requires a self-directed professional who can convert complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions and support delivery efforts end to end. Responsibilities:
  • Lead functional solution design, configuration, and implementation for Oracle Fusion Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Accounting, and Receipt Accounting
  • Apply functional knowledge across Inventory Management, Product Management, Self-Service Procurement, and Purchasing
  • Review and validate end-to-end accounting flows to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accounting standards
  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to support integrations, accounting events, and consistent data flow
  • Gather and document requirements, perform gap analysis, and recommend solutions aligned with Oracle best practices
  • Convert business processes into functional designs and Oracle Cloud configurations
  • Support system implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Create and maintain functional design documents, business process flows, and solution specifications
  • Support reporting and analytics using OTBI and Oracle Analytics Cloud
  • Manage data conversion and migration activities using FBDI templates
  • Diagnose functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and manage Oracle Service Requests
  • Participate in SIT, UAT, and regression testing cycles
  • Develop user documentation, training materials, and deliver end-user training
  • Ensure SOX compliance and audit requirements are met
  • Assist with project planning, cross-team communication, stakeholder updates, and coordination with third-party vendors

Requirements:

  • Advanced functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials applications
  • Strong understanding of how financial modules integrate with supply chain operations
  • Experience working with Subledger Accounting (SLA), including accounting rules and derivations
  • High-level analytical skills with the ability to diagnose issues and resolve complex functional challenges
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders effectively and communicate clearly across business and technical teams
  • Comfortable operating independently while balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
