Oracle Inventory; Cost Management; inventory accounting; standard/actual costing; project costing; commitments; federal project funding; aerospace/defense experience preferred;
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Client project requiring Oracle Fusion functional and technical consultants across Finance, SCM, Planning, Manufacturing, Projects, Product Data/PLM, Government Contracts, Integrations, and Data Migration. Candidates should have experience supporting US Federal/Government projects. Aerospace/defense experience is highly preferred.
CORE FEDERAL EXPERIENCE
Candidates should demonstrate hands-on federal/government project experience relevant to their module. Depending on role, exposure may include FAR/DFARS, G-Invoicing, ACRNs (Account Classification Reference Numbers), appropriations, reimbursable projects, fund balances, DCAA/CAS, public-sector contract terminology, auditability, and federal compliance.
ORACLE FUSION REQUIREMENT
Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud experience is required. Relevant Oracle EBS experience may be accepted where specifically noted, particularly for Government Contracts / Projects / Project Billing.
KEY FEDERAL ORACLE PROJECTS CAPABILITIES
" Oracle Project Contracts (EBS or Fusion): contract authoring, templates, workflow/status/holds/change orders, funding and budgeting, ACRNs, subcontractor flowdown, deliverables, costing, billing, revenue recognition.
" Oracle Project Billing (EBS/Fusion): federal/reimbursable project billing, advance payment tracking, project/GL integration, funds consumption, invoicing, revenue recognition, and G-Invoicing where applicable.
" Federal accounting/compliance: appropriations, reimbursable projects, fund balances, FAR, DFARS, G-Invoicing, DCAA/CAS and auditability where applicable.
" Fusion Cloud Projects: Project Contracts Cloud, Project Billing Cloud, Project Costing and related financial/project integrations.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
" Participate in requirements, fit-gap analysis, configuration/design, testing, defect resolution and deployment.
" Work with business stakeholders, technical teams and project leadership.
" Document functional/technical specifications and solution decisions.
" Support SIT/UAT, data validation, cutover and production stabilization.
" Ensure solutions align with federal project requirements and audit/compliance needs.
