Position: Oracle HCM AI Solutions Architect/Lead Consultant.

Knowledge of LLMs and enterprise GenAI architecture is beneficial. Experience with Azure OpenAI and OCI AI Services would enhance the candidates profile. Familiarity with HR analytics and predictive workforce planning is a plus. Exposure to various industry environments like Healthcare or Financial Services is advantageous. Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is preferred.Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules is essential, particularly in Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management. Experience with AI technologies like Oracle AI Agents and Digital Assistants is crucial. Proficiency in technical skills such as Oracle Integration Cloud and RESTSOAP APIs is required. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities are necessary for this role. Strong communication skills are vital for effective stakeholder management.
