Role: Oracle HCM Cloud & AI Consultant
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Provide strong expertise across:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Talent Management
- Design and deploy AI-powered HR solutions to enhance employee experiences and HR operations.
- Leverage Oracle AI Agents and Digital Assistants to support intelligent HR processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure Oracle HCM workflows based on business requirements.
- Develop dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions to support workforce planning and HR analytics.
- Support predictive workforce planning and data-driven HR decision-making.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Mentor junior consultants and guide them on technical and functional best practices.
- Support change management and user adoption activities.
- Lead solution delivery within Agile environments and ensure successful project execution.

- Familiarity with conversational AI and Digital Assistants.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI is preferred.
- Knowledge of OCI AI Services is beneficial.
- Ability to identify opportunities for AI-driven HR automation and optimization.
- Functional & Business Skills:
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR business processes.
- Experience with HR analytics and workforce planning.
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Strong workflow configuration and process optimization skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
- Additional Qualifications:
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience supporting change management initiatives.
- Experience mentoring junior consultants.
- Exposure to enterprise GenAI architecture is beneficial.
- Experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, or Insurance domains is advantageous.
