Pay Range: $60- $68/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Job Descriptions:

Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud architecture covering Core HR (Global HR), Workforce Structures (Jobs/Positions), Journeys (Checklist), Approval Workflows, and Security (Roles, AOR, Data Security)
Strong knowledge of Oracle Redwood UX and UI modernization / employee experience transformation
Expertise in integration design using REST/SOAP APIs, Workforce APIs, and downstream system integrations
Understanding of data architecture and reporting ecosystem, including OTBI, BI Publisher, and Snowflake integration
Experience in designing security models (Roles, Areas of Responsibility, Data Security) aligned with Redwood standards
Knowledge of configuration vs customization strategy following Oracle best practices and Redwood guidelines
Skills: Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Deployment & SaaS HCM-Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud
Experience Required: 10 & Above
