We are hiring for a Senior Oracle HCM Talent & Core HR Consultant opportunity.

Role: Sr. Consultant Oracle HCM Talent & Core HR Modules

Location: Remote

Position: 1

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR and Talent Management modules. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, delivering post go live enhancements, configuring workflows, developing reports, and partnering with business stakeholders to optimize HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver post go live enhancements for Oracle HCM Cloud Production environments
  • Configure and support Oracle HCM Core HR and Talent Management modules
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
  • Configure workflows, approvals, and business processes within Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Design, implement, and maintain Oracle HCM configurations and enhancements
  • Support interfaces, integrations, reports, and data validation activities
  • Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support
  • Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of enhancements
  • Prepare functional documentation and provide knowledge transfer to business users

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant
  • Strong functional and technical experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Experience implementing or providing post go live production support
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Core HR module
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Talent Management module
  • Experience gathering business requirements and delivering functional solutions
  • Experience configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules and workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • BI Reporting
  • Workflow Configuration and Design
  • Experience with Oracle HCM integrations and interfaces
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM reporting tools

Education Requirement:
