Detailed JD:
- Lead Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementation and enhancement projects.
- Conduct requirement gathering and fit-gap workshops with business users.
- Configure recruiting business processes, requisitions, candidate selection workflows, and approval hierarchies.
- Design and configure career sites, branding, and candidate application processes.
- Configure job requisitions, questionnaires, assessments, interview scheduling, and offer management.
- Define recruiting roles, security profiles, and data access controls.
- Support integrations with third-party job boards, background verification systems, and HR applications.
- Manage recruiting lifecycle from requisition creation through onboarding handoff.
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
- Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.
