Job Description
6–8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and administration.
Hands-on experience with HCM Core HR and Help Desk implementation.
Experience with multi-country / multi-region Oracle HCM configuration.
Perform quarterly HCM patch impact analysis, testing, and validation.
Strong experience with DFF, EFF, reports, value sets, form functions, and functional setups.
Conduct CRP (Conference Room Pilot), fit-gap analysis, and requirement analysis.
Experience with HCM Journeys and workflow development/customization.
Manage end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation lifecycle using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with Oracle SR process, issue resolution, escalation, and support.
Knowledge of HCM ADP Connector is an advantage.
Exposure to ORC, Talent, and Compensation is preferred.
Experience with HCM security, provisioning, roles, and access troubleshooting is preferred.
Experience migrating HCM applications to Redwood pages is a plus.
Familiarity with Generative AI, RAG, AI Agents, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering is desirable.
Strong stakeholder communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
