What you will do::

As a hands-on Oracle Technical Analyst on the Information Technology team, you will build, maintain and support integrations and technical solutions across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

  • Build and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud integrations using:
    • REST/SOAP APIs
    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
    • HCM Extracts
    • BI Publisher (BIP) Reports
    • HDL & HSDL
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance.
  • Handle file-based data exchange (FTP/SFTP) and scheduling.
  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT), Smoke testing and migration of technical components.
  • Create and maintain extensive technical documentation including data flow and mappings.
  • Execute data migration activities using HDL & HSDL.
  • Support data mapping, transformation, validation and reconciliation.
  • Design and develop fast formulas for new technical requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing fast formulas.
  • Personalize Redwood pages with business rules and validations.
  • Manage lifecycle and deployment of Visual Builder Studio projects.
  • Configure AI Agents & optimize performance with Oracle AI Agent Studio.
  • Secure, validate and deploy AI-driven flows.
  • Create and maintain Oracle HCM custom roles and security profiles.
  • Execute regression testing for quarterly release upgrades.
  • Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Security, and HR teams on integration solutions.
What you will bring::
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations:
    • REST/SOAP APIs
    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
    • Authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT)
    • HCM Extracts
    • BI Publisher (BIP) Reports
    • HDL & HSDL
    • XML, JSON, XSLT, and web services
  • Solid understanding of Oracle HCM employee data model and security model.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Proven experience with Fast Formulas, Data conversions, Visual Builder Studio personalizations and AI Agent Studio.
  • Exposure to ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar) for legacy integrations.
  • May require minimal onsite travel to support system integration testing and/or project milestones.
