Oracle HCM Conversion lead
Rate - $65/ hr w2or (90 CAD) on T4
Location - PHX - AZ
Work model - Prefer in person, remote also will be considered (2-3 days / week)
Sr Consultant role in a hybrid work model focusing on complex Human Capital Management solutions using Generative AI, Oracle Cloud HCM and PeopleSoft HCM modules including payroll, benefits and workforce administration. The consultant should be a strong HCM conversion experience who can support defect analysis, remediation, and testing readiness activities through the conversion cycles.

Responsibilities:
- Strong HCM conversion experience who can support defect analysis, remediation, and testing readiness activities through the conversion cycles
- Drive end to end design and configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM and PeopleSoft HCM solutions that streamline core HR, payroll, benefits and workforce administration processes for large enterprise clients.
- Lead complex Generative AI solutioning by identifying high value HR use cases such as intelligent case resolution, employee query automation and predictive workforce insights supported by robust data models.
- Oversee integration of PeopleSoft payroll for North America with benefits administration, base benefits and absence management to ensure accurate compensation calculations and regulatory compliance.
- Guide Eligible to workimization of administer workforce and administer compensation modules so that position management, job data and compensation changes are processed efficiently and with high data integrity.
- Coordinate cross functional workshops with HR, payroll, benefits and IT teams to capture detailed business requirements and convert them into scalable Oracle Cloud HCM and PeopleSoft configurations.
- Provide hands on support for hybrid delivery including design walkthroughs, configuration reviews and production validation while ensuring minimal disruption to day shift operations.
- Ensure strong data management practices by defining standards for data lineage, ownership and stewardship across HCM systems that reduce inconsistencies and improve analytic readiness.
- Promote data governance frameworks that establish clear rules for access control, auditability and change management so that sensitive employee information remains protected and compliant.
- Drive continuous improvement of data quality through profiling, remediation and monitoring activities that increase trust in HR analytics and decision support dashboards.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to plan phased deployments, coordinate testing cycles and manage user adEligible to workion activities that result in smooth transitions to enhanced HCM capabilities.
- Document solution designs, configuration decisions and process flows in clear reusable assets that support future enhancements and knowledge transfer across consulting and client teams.
- Support incident analysis and root cause resolution for HCM production issues by applying deep functional expertise in payroll, benefits and absence management to restore stable operations quickly.
- Align HCM solution outcomes with the organization purpose by enabling fair transparent HR processes, timely payroll and benefits delivery and reliable workforce insights that positively impact employee wellbeing and broader society.
Certifications Required
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification,
- PeopleSoft HCM specialist certification,
- AI or machine learning certification relevant to Generative AI implementations
