You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance critical employee experience platforms, configure and optimize Oracle Cloud solutions, and support global HR operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Oracle HCM experience, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and wants exposure to enterprise-grade systems, security practices, and ongoing cloud transformation initiatives. Required Skills & Experience- Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HCM) configuration and administration
- Experience with Talent, Learning, or Recruiting modules
- HCM quarterly patch impact analysis and validation
- Oracle Journey, workflow, and notification development
- Multi-region Oracle HCM implementation and support
Desired Skills & Experience- Experience with Redwood UI migrations
- Knowledge of VBS and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Oracle HCM security provisioning and administration
- Experience conducting fit-gap analysis and CRPs
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
