Roles & Responsibilities :
• Coordinate with Client on Oracle cloud HCM Payroll requirements
• Provide Weekly status updates
• Present Weekly status Report to the client
• Set up Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional configurations Coordinate and work with Team
• Training - Develop Oracle Training material and conduct Oracle cloud Payroll Training sessions for client resources as required
• DEV - Configure Oracle Cloud Payroll environments and perform unit Testing
• SIT - Coordinate and conduct SIT .
• UAT - Help conduct UAT and Coordinate issue resolution
• 10 + years of consulting or industry experience;
• Experience implementing and configuring Oracle cloud Payroll module
• Experience in supporting Oracle cloud Payroll module

• Knowledge of other Oracle Benefits Compensation modules will be considered a plus.
• Ability to develop new interfaces and maintain existing interfaces
• Ability to interact with business and drive new requirements.
• Excellent client interaction and communication skills are needed.
• Ability to interact with business and drive new requirements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with clients.
• Should be able to communicate to the end users effectively providing expert consulting of the application where needed.
• Work in fairly complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration experience.
