Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM reports and analytics (Payroll Reporting, OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, FDI)
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
- Provide expertise across Core HR, Security, and various HCM modules (Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting)
- Support and advise on Redwood functionality and its security impacts
- Manage HCM security architecture, custom roles, and access controls
- Utilize tools such as OIC, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas
- Gather requirements and manage stakeholders effectively
- Lead solution workshops and influence both business and technical teams
Required Experience/Skills:
- 10+ years Oracle HCM experience (5+ years Oracle Cloud HCM)
- Deep expertise in Core HR and Security
- Experience with multiple HCM modules and security architecture
- Working knowledge of OIC, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering abilities
- Leadership in solution workshops
Preferred Qualifications:
- Techno-functional consulting or solution architecture background
- Experience with full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
- Experience supporting post-production environments in large enterprises
