We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Executive to join our dynamic team and support strategic sales initiatives through data-driven analysis, forecasting, performance reporting, and business planning. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Business Operations to identify growth opportunities, optimize sales performance, and improve commercial execution.

Your primary objectives and responsibilities will be:

  • Partner with Sales leadership to provide analytical support, strategic insights, and operational guidance that drive revenue growth and improve commercial performance.
  • Analyze sales, pipeline, market, and customer data to measure performance against business objectives, identify trends, and deliver actionable recommendations that support informed decision-making.
  • Support sales forecasting, territory planning, account assignments, business planning, and other strategic initiatives to optimize sales productivity and execution.
  • Provide day-to-day analytical support to Sales leadership through ad hoc analysis, business reviews, executive presentations, and performance reporting.
  • Partner across the organization to improve commercial processes, drive operational excellence, and ensure alignment in support of business priorities.
  • Maintain the integrity of commercial data, support compliance with Oracle business practices and policies, and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve business outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership by proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and recommendations that enable long-term business growth.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $83,000 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle''s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
