Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HR Help Desk Implementation Specialist to join a large-scale Oracle HCM transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Oracle HR Help Desk implementation
Configure request types, workflows, routing rules, milestones, and knowledge management
Collaborate with HR, Shared Services, Technology, Security, and Business teams
Support solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
Drive process improvements and Oracle quarterly release support
Required Experience:
5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
Hands-on Oracle HR Help Desk implementation experience
Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM modules:
Core HR
Absence Management

Preferred Technical Skills:
Oracle HR Help Desk Configuration
HDL / HSDL
OTBI & BI Publisher

Redwood UI experience is a plus
Preferred:
Oracle HCM Cloud Certification
Experience in large enterprise Oracle HCM implementations
Migration from legacy HR case management platform
