Oracle HRIS Analyst III

Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud experience to align with the team's needs at the Senior level; no exceptions

Target pay is $120-$150k plus bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Direct Oracle Cloud HCM experience is required, including 5-7 years configuring, developing, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• 5-7 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and multiple modules, including Benefits, Compensation, Career Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Absence Management, and HCM Analytics (OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI).
• Proficiency with SQL and Oracle Fast Formula development.
• Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, including quantitative and qualitative analysis, data management, and system design principles, with the capability to make sound business decisions.
• Proven experience documenting processes, conducting audits, and performing diagnostic testing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Asana preferred.
