Description

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Engineer / Admin / Architect for their Phoenix, AZ/ Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Architect end to end Oracle Fusion based solutions that integrate Supply Chain and Human Capital processes to create seamless business flows and measurable operational improvements
  • Design robust integration patterns using Oracle Integration Cloud with strong use of XSLT XML and JSON mappings to ensure accurate and reliable data exchange between critical systems
  • Develop scalable reference architectures for hybrid environments that align on premises components with Oracle Fusion SCM Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Fusion Middleware services
  • Analyze complex business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear solution designs that maximize the value of Oracle Fusion capabilities for global operations
  • Guide project teams on integration best practices for Oracle Integration Cloud and middleware ensuring that design choices support maintainability performance and security objectives
  • Review and optimize XSLT transformations XML schemas and JSON payload structures to improve processing efficiency and reduce integration errors across business domains
  • Coordinate with functional experts in SCM and HCM to validate that technical designs support end to end process integrity including master data alignment workflow continuity and reporting needs
  • Define non functional requirements such as performance scalability and resilience for Oracle Fusion integrations and ensure that all technical components satisfy these solution quality goals -Oversee solution implementation activities by providing detailed design clarifications and ensuring that configuration development and testing remain consistent with approved architecture
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to embed secure integration patterns data protection controls and audit readiness into all Oracle Fusion and middleware solutions
  • Create detailed technical documentation including architecture diagrams integration specifications and configuration guides that support smooth knowledge transfer and long term system sustainability
  • Partner with operations and support teams to establish monitoring alerting and incident response approaches for Oracle Integration Cloud and middleware components that minimize business disruption
  • Continuously evaluate new Oracle Fusion platform features industry integration standards and tooling improvements to propose enhancements that increase solution value for the organization and society
 
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate ten to fourteen years of progressive experience in enterprise application architecture with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion platforms and complex integration scenarios
  • Exhibit advanced hands on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud Oracle Fusion SCM and Oracle Fusion HCM with proven ability to design and deliver production grade solutions -Show strong proficiency in XSLT XML and JSON including schema design transformation logic and troubleshooting of integration payloads in large scale environments
  • Apply solid knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware components to design secure and performant integration and extension patterns across hybrid landscapes
  • Utilize experience in hybrid work models to collaborate effectively with distributed teams using structured communication practices and modern collaboration tools
  • Employ strong analytical and problem solving skills to diagnose integration issues performance bottlenecks and data inconsistencies while proposing practical long term resolutions
  • Demonstrate effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills by presenting complex architectural concepts in clear terms to technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Maintain awareness of Oracle cloud roadmaps integration trends and best practices and use this knowledge to recommend continuous improvements that support sustainable business growth
  • Certifications Required : Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect or Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration certification preferred
