Job Summary for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Engineer
- Design, develop, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Implement and manage integrations for WMS, ERP, and SCM systems
- Work with REST and SOAP APIs for system connectivity
- Apply knowledge of EDI/B2B concepts, JSON, and XML payloads, including field mapping
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors, including exception and retry handling
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather and clarify integration requirements
- Manage integrations for sales order, shipment, inventory synchronization, and transfer order processes
- Support Oracle Fusion Order Management processes, including order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, scheduling, shipping, and invoicing
- Handle Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes, including returns, inspections, disposition, and credit/refund flows
- Possess strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, covering sales orders, transfer orders, back-to-back orders, and drop ship scenarios
- Ensure successful order orchestration and fulfillment line integrations
- Utilize mandatory skills in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), sales order, and inventory management
- Work in a hybrid capacity at the Research Triangle Park, NC location
