Overview
System One is seeking an Oracle Integration Developer for a Direct Hire/Perm opportunity to work fully remote. Must be USC or GC only.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Develop and support Oracle APEX applications and PL/SQL code
• Perform complex data analysis and manipulation to support business intelligence and reporting needs
• Expertise in database design, normalization, and ER modeling
• Implement reliable and efficient data integration and automation services
• Troubleshoot production issues across various business areas and technologies
• Optimize database and application performance, including tuning PL/SQL code and indexing strategies
• Work closely with business clients, IT staff, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement improvements
• Maintain accurate documentation of data structures, queries, reports, and development processes
• Manage quality assurance and testing efforts to ensure the reliability and performance of integrations and applications
• Ensure integrations and applications adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements
• Apply business process improvement practices and re-engineering methodologies to enhance development and deployment processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PL/SQL programming, including triggers, procedures, packages, and functions
• Knowledge and experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX)
• Experience with Oracle Financial Applications is a significant advantage
• Familiarity with database administration and architecture
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL
• Strong knowledge of Oracle APEX and associated web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Expertise in database design, normalization, and ER modeling
• Understanding of Oracle security features and best practices
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff
• Excellent analytical skills with strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities
• Ability to diagnose and resolve routine and advanced system technical issues
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and impact business results across teams
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest advancements in Oracle technologies and software development practices
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; able to build positive relationships with business partners and peers
• Strong time management and prioritization skills with a sense of urgency
