Oracle Integration Program/Project Manager
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid 3 days onsite, 20 50% travel)

Overview
We are seeking a highly driven IT Integration Program Manager to lead critical technology initiatives, This role will play a key part in integrating systems, processes, and teams across a global financial services platform.
This is a hybrid role blending program-level strategy and hands-on project execution, ideal for someone who can both drive delivery and step back to assess the broader integration landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end IT integration efforts tied to M&A initiatives on a global scale
  • Act as a bridge between program strategy and project execution (not purely PM or Program Manager)
  • Drive integration across enterprise systems, including:
    • Oracle
    • Concur
    • Kyriba
    • HCM platforms
  • Partner with business leaders and IT stakeholders to define and execute integration roadmaps
  • Collaborating with SI partner and external vendors
  • Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and integration challenges early and proactively mitigate them
  • Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading IT integrations in M&A environments (global scale preferred)
  • Strong background in enterprise systems integration (ERP, HCM, finance tools)
  • Experience working with Oracle, Concur, Kyriba, or similar platforms
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Experience in managing or partnering with Big 4 or large consulting firms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running while also evaluating broader strategy

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services, asset management, or private credit environments
  • Prior exposure to organizational restructuring or post-merger transformations
