RSM Puerto Rico is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle NetSuite Consultant to join our Consulting Division team. As an Oracle NetSuite Consultant, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through the successful implementation and support of NetSuite ERP solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients to analyze their business processes, gather requirements, configure the system, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements and design custom NetSuite solutions.
• Configure and customize the NetSuite system to meet client specifications.
• Provide guidance and support during the implementation process.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the system meets quality standards.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of NetSuite.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the implementation process.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for NetSuite systems post-implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Oracle NetSuite implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Proficient in configuring and customizing NetSuite to meet client requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Fully bilingual.
• Oracle NetSuite certifications preferred but not required.
• Experience with other ERP systems is a plus.
