Job Description
- 8-15 years in Oracle HCM / HR Technology.
- 10+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant/Lead roles.
- 3+ Oracle Learning Cloud implementations.
- Experience in global implementations and full lifecycle delivery.
- Strong exposure to Learning & Development business processes and compliance training and certification processes.
- Proven client-facing experience.
- Implementation Experience with Healthcare Sector clients is preferred.
