Role Summary
We are hiring a senior Oracle OPERA Cloud PMS (OCPMS) Subject Matter Expert to lead enterprise-scale PMS modernization initiatives. This role partners closely with business, IT, Oracle, and system integrators to deliver cloud-first PMS transformation aligned to client's Digital & Technology Transformation (DTT) program.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end OPERA Cloud PMS programs (assessment, rollout, stabilization, optimization)
- Define global PMS standards, configurations, and governance
- Align PMS roadmap with enterprise digital transformation objectives
- Own PMS integrations with POS, CRS, loyalty, payments, housekeeping, and downstream systems
- Act as client-side SME for Oracle and system integrators
- Support multi-brand, multi-region hotel operations (managed & franchised)
- Drive property adoption, change management, and value realization
Must-Have Skills
- Deep hands-on expertise in Oracle OPERA Cloud PMS
- Strong hospitality operations knowledge (Front Office, Rooms, Rates, Inventory, Billing)
- Experience leading large-scale PMS migrations (on-prem → cloud)
- Strong understanding of PMS integrations & API-based architecture
- Prior experience with global hotel chains
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Oracle Simphony (hotel F&B / restaurants)
- Knowledge of revenue management, distribution, and loyalty platforms
- Consulting or SI background
- Exposure to AI/data readiness in hospitality platforms
Soft Skills
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to challenge vendors and SIs with confidence
- Strong decision-making in complex, global environments
