- Provide Level 3 production support for cloud-based Order Management applications and integrations. - Support end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) business processes, including order capture, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and returns. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and data issues. - Develop and maintain integrations between Order Management, ERP, WMS, and external partner systems. - Configure business rules, orchestration processes, fulfillment flows, and exception handling. - Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable cloud-based solutions. - Monitor application health, system performance, and transaction processing. - Work with Oracle EBS (Apps Technical, OTM/GTM, SCM) and Workday Order Management. - Hybrid work mode: 3 days onsite at Research Triangle Park, NC; 6-month contract.
