Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for an Oracle Order Management Functional Lead for their Chambersburg, PA/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, design, plan, configure, and deliver Oracle EBS solutions within Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Quoting, Configurator, and Shipping functional areas.
Lead Oracle EBS R12 implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
Partner with business and customer service organizations to support order management transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement functional solutions and support data conversion activities.
Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and communicate outcomes to leadership.
Analyze business and transactional data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
Drive simplification and continuous improvement initiatives within Oracle Order Management and Advanced Pricing processes.
Mentor team members and provide functional leadership throughout project lifecycles.
Develop functional specifications, solution documentation, and process workflows.
Support production issues, enhancements, and ongoing optimization efforts.

8+ years of Oracle EBS functional experience with a strong focus on Order Management.
Proven experience implementing and supporting Oracle Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Shipping modules.
Experience leading Oracle EBS projects and working directly with business stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
