Required skills:
Must be hands-on with Oracle Payroll Cloud and be able to lead & guide client; be a true workstream lead.
Lead Workshops and meetings.
Own the configuration, design, and validation of payroll elements, balances, and Fast Formulas (Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Time).
Drive payroll testing, parallel runs, and reconciliation processes through go-live.
Align payroll configuration with overall HR, time-and-labor, and general ledger accounting workflows
Effective communication is a must.
