Oracle Pre Sales Lead

Job Description:

TCS is seeking an experienced Oracle Pre-Sales Lead to drive Oracle transformation and managed services opportunities across the US market. The role will lead solution strategy, client engagement, proposal development, and executive presentations, partnering with sales, alliance, and delivery teams to win strategic Oracle opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle pre-sales activities including discovery workshops, solution design, estimations, and proposal development.
• Responsible for solution strategy for Oracle EBS and Cloud transformation and managed services opportunities.
• Deliver executive presentations, client orals, and value-based business cases.
• Collaborate with Oracle sales teams, client partners, and global SMEs to develop differentiated solutions.
• Experience in High-Tech/Semiconductor, Manufacturing strongly preferred
• Support pipeline growth, account mining, and strategic deal pursuits.
• Develop reusable assets, accelerators, and industry-focused offerings.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of Oracle consulting experience.
• 10+ years in solution architecture, pre-sales, or pursuit leadership roles.
• Strong understanding and experience of Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud in one or more process areas - Supply Chain/Procurement, Manufacturing, Order to Cash across SCM, EPM products
• Breadth of knowledge and experience across ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM, CX and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Integration
• Proven success in solutioning, estimation, and winning large transformation deals.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel across the US as needed.

Salary Range: $194,500-$263,100 a year
