Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Procurement Functional Lead to lead the design, implementation, support, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Procurement solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and Oracle Fusion Procurement modules, along with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, technical teams, and project managers to deliver scalable and efficient procurement solutions.
The Oracle Procurement Functional Lead will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing solutions, leading functional workstreams, managing testing and deployments, and driving procurement transformation initiatives across the organization.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10 years of Oracle Procurement implementation experience.
- 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Procurement implementations.
- Strong Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process expertise.
- Experience working with global procurement organizations.
- Experience leading functional teams and client-facing workshops.
- Strong functional expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement modules.
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, technical teams, and project managers.
- Experience with procurement digital transformation and process optimization initiatives.
- Ability to provide strategic recommendations to improve procurement efficiency and compliance.
- Lead Oracle Fusion Procurement implementations, enhancements, and support initiatives.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Procurement solutions.
- Define procurement best practices, governance processes, and operating procedures.
- Drive procurement digital transformation and process optimization initiatives.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and configuration workbooks.
