Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Procurement Techno-Functional Lead to lead the design, implementation, integration, support, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Procurement solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of functional procurement expertise and technical knowledge, enabling them to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The Oracle Procurement Techno-Functional Lead will be responsible for business process design, solution configuration, integrations, reporting, data conversions, workflow automation, and overall delivery of Oracle Procurement Cloud implementations and enhancements.
 
Basic Qualifications:

• 8 years of Oracle Procurement experience.
• 5 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
• 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Procurement implementations.

• Strong experience in both functional and technical solution delivery.
• Experience leading offshore/onshore teams.
• Integration Knowledge, including API Design, Web Services, Data Mapping, Error Handling, and Middleware Integrations.

• Leadership experience in functional consultants, developers, integration teams, and business stakeholders.
• Prepared Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and configuration workbooks.

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Procurement implementations and transformation initiatives.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from procurement, sourcing, finance, and supply chain teams.
• Design scalable procurement solutions aligned with business objectives and Oracle best practices.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal configurations.
