Job Description:
- 15+ years of experience in ERP/HCM/SCM programs with 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud program management.
- Proven experience leading 2+ full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations across multiple modules.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud modules (Finance, SCM, HCM) and technical areas (OIC, Integrations, Data Migration, Security).
- Demonstrated ability to manage large cross-functional teams (onsite + offshore).
- Expertise in project/program governance, RAID management, critical-path control, and delivery assurance.
- Strong planning, execution, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Unified Method (OUM) or Cloud Methodology, Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery
- PMO frameworks and KPIs
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to translate complex program risks into clear action plans.
- Strong understanding of Core Oracle modules’ business processes
