Job Title: Oracle QA Tester – Functional / Integration Testing
Location: Fremont, CA – Onsite 3 days/week
Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $100K–$110K Base Maximum

Candidate Priority
Please prioritize candidates with the following backgrounds:

1. Oracle Finance or Oracle SCM functional knowledge with strong QA/Testing experience.
2. Non-Oracle candidates with strong Finance Testing or SCM Testing experience.
3. Strong Functional Testers with Integration Testing experience who are willing to learn Oracle Finance or Oracle SCM testing.

Experience Requirement

• 6+ years of Functional Testing / QA experience.
• Looking for junior/mid-level resources.
• Do not submit candidates with 14+ years of experience.
• Preferred experience range: 6–13 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects through closure.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Perform exploratory testing and identify potential quality risks.
• Contribute to test automation using Selenium or equivalent tools.
• Support QA process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Stay current with AI-driven testing approaches and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Functional Testing / QA experience.
• Strong web and application testing experience.
• Selenium or equivalent automation experience – Mandatory.
• Strong Integration Testing experience.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and defect lifecycle.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• AI awareness and understanding of AI-powered applications/tools – Mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and learn new technologies.

Good to Have

• Oracle Finance / Oracle Financials experience.
• Oracle SCM / Oracle Supply Chain experience.
• Finance or SCM domain testing experience.
• AI/GenAI application testing.
• Agentic AI testing exposure.
• API testing using Postman or Rest Assured.
• CI/CD and test automation framework experience.
