Oracle Sales and Solutions Director

Shape new markets and transformative Oracle solutions across North America. Cadreforce is recruiting for a global technology services and consulting client seeking a leader who can connect commercial opportunities with strong functional and technical solution design.

What you will do

• Work with clients, industry and marketing leaders, and Oracle partners to develop new opportunities and grow existing relationships.
• Build pipeline and support partner and client engagement across North America.
• Help define new service offerings and revenue opportunities based on Oracle products and solutions, including AI-enabled transformation.
• Bring together functional and technical architectures that fit a client's needs.
• Lead proposal responses, differentiated solution design and complex estimates.
• Partner with industry and business teams on bid strategy, innovation and practice differentiation.

What you bring

• Experience combining Oracle sales, market development and enterprise solution shaping.
• Ability to engage senior client, industry, marketing and partner stakeholders.
• Experience developing functional and technical architectures, proposals and complex estimates.
• Ability to translate Oracle products and AI-enabled capabilities into practical services and client value.
• A record of contributing to new business, account growth and practice innovation.

Location and compensation

Full-time. Remote within the United States. The role is associated with Round Rock, Texas, and supports North America. Travel expectations will be clarified during the recruiting process.

Annual salary: $221,800–$300,000 USD.
